James Byun, DDS
Meet Pasadena Endodontist Dr. Byun
Dr. Byun was born and raised in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area. He attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated with honors, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Byun received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. In order to further develop his knowledge base and skills, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Sepulveda in North Hills, CA, where there was a focus on treating medically complex patients and comprehensive full mouth care. Dr. Byun practiced as a general dentist prior to obtaining his Endodontics Certificate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dr. Byun’s main focus is patient-centered care, while at the same time maintaining high-quality treatment. He is highly motivated to provide a comfortable and seamless experience for patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Byun enjoys all sports, especially basketball and football, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his friends and family.
